1. Are your baubles handmade?
Yes! Every bauble and ornament is handmade to order in my UK workshop. From the glitter to the ribbon, each detail is carefully crafted so your piece is unique.
2. What materials do you use?
I use high-quality, shatterproof plastic for my glitter baubles, premium outdoor-grade vinyl for lettering, and luxury UK-made satin and organza ribbons. My enamel ornaments and pin badges are crafted with durable hard enamel and gold or silver plating.
3. How big are your baubles?
Most of my personalised baubles are 80mm in size – large enough to stand out on the tree, but lightweight so they hang beautifully.
4. Can I choose my own colours?
Absolutely! You can choose from a large range of glitter colours plus a wide range of ribbon colours to create something perfectly personal.
5. Do you make custom designs?
Yes – if you have something special in mind, just get in touch via the Contact page. I’m happy to create bespoke designs for weddings, birthdays, corporate gifts, and more.
6. Do you ship internationally?
No, sadly from 2025 I do not ship worldwide. I only ship within the UK.
7. How long will my order take?
As each piece is handmade to order, processing times are usually 3–5 working days (possibly longer during peak Christmas season). If you need something urgently, please contact me before ordering.
8. Do your baubles shed glitter?
No – the glitter is applied to the inside of the bauble, so you get the sparkle without the mess!
9. Can I add gift wrap?
Yes – each bauble comes in a luxury gift box with tissue paper as standard, and you can add premium gift wrap at checkout for an extra special touch.
10. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, I can create larger quantities for events, businesses, or wedding favours. Please contact me for a quote.

1. What is the Collectors Club?
The Collectors Club is a special community for bauble lovers, ornament collectors, and pin badge enthusiasts. Members get early access to limited-edition releases, exclusive designs, and behind-the-scenes updates from my workshop.
2. How does it work?
It’s simple: sign up for free and you’ll receive email alerts before each new collectible launches. You’ll have the chance to buy before the general public — so you never miss out.
3. What can I collect?
Our annual Collectors Bauble and Collectors Pin Badge are the stars of the club, but we also release occasional special-edition enamel ornaments, seasonal designs, and matching bauble-themed merch.
4. Do I have to buy every release?
No — you can choose the pieces you love. Many members aim to collect the full annual series, but there’s no obligation.
5. Will designs be repeated?
No — once a Collectors Club design has sold out, it will not be made again. This makes each release truly special and highly collectible.
6. Do members get any extras?
Yes! Some items come with a Certificate of Authenticity, exclusive packaging, or little surprise gifts for members only.
7. When are new releases?
The main releases happen once a year, usually in autumn, with occasional mini launches for seasonal events like Easter or Halloween.
8. How do I join?
