Christmas 2026 at Georgina Kay Designs | What's New This Year

Christmas 2026 at Georgina Kay Designs | What's New This Year

If you’ve been waiting patiently for me to officially declare Christmas open…

THIS IS IT.

Christmas 2026 has arrived at Georgina Kay Designs, and I think this might be my most exciting Christmas yet.

Although, if you know me, you’ll know that Christmas never really disappears around here. While most sensible people are enjoying summer holidays and trying to keep their ice cream from melting, there’s a very good chance I’m surrounded by glitter, ribbon and Christmas baubles wondering whether it’s too early to put the Christmas music on.

The answer, incidentally, is no.

It is never too early.

This year I’ve been working behind the scenes on new designs, new products and a whole new way to explore Christmas at Georgina Kay Designs.

So grab a cuppa (festive mug optional at this stage), and let me show you what’s new for Christmas 2026.

Welcome to The Christmas Emporium 🎄

One of the biggest changes this year isn’t actually a product.

It’s how you can shop Christmas.

With so many different baubles, ornaments, personalised gifts and keepsakes now available, I wanted to make it easier – and much more fun – to find what you’re looking for.

So for Christmas 2026, welcome to…

The Christmas Emporium

Think of it as the doorway to Christmas at Georgina Kay Designs.

Inside, you’ll be able to browse by Christmas Moments, discover all kinds of Decorations, or venture into Something Special to find new releases, limited editions, exclusives and collectables.

And, of course, if you simply want to see absolutely everything Christmas…

You can do that too.

I want browsing the website to feel less like searching through hundreds of products and more like having a little wander around a Christmas shop.

Preferably one where somebody has already untangled the fairy lights for you.

Step inside The Bauble Shop ✨

If there is one product that will always be at the heart of Georgina Kay Designs, it has to be the personalised glitter bauble.

I’ve been making them for years, and I still love seeing how completely different they become once your names, dates, colours and stories are added.

So this year they finally have somewhere of their own:

The Bauble Shop

This isn't simply a page full of products.

It's somewhere you can discover the different bauble collections, learn more about how they're made, explore personalisation options and, perhaps most importantly…

choose your glitter colour.

Which brings me rather nicely to something else that's had an update for 2026.

68 glitter colours. Yes, really.

Apparently I am incapable of simply offering red, green, gold or silver.

Where would be the fun in that?

For Christmas 2026, my signature personalised glitter baubles are available in a rather glorious selection of 68 glitter colours.

There are traditional Christmas shades, beautiful metallics, soft colours, bold colours and plenty of sparkle in between.

Choosing the colour is one of my favourite parts of creating a personalised bauble because it can completely change the personality of the finished design.

You might choose a favourite colour.

Match somebody's Christmas tree.

Pick traditional festive colours.

Or simply choose the sparkliest one you can find.

There are no rules here.

Well, perhaps one:

More glitter is usually better.

New personalised Christmas decorations

Baubles aren't the only decorations getting some attention this Christmas.

The personalised ornament collection continues to grow, with designs for families, couples, babies and some of life's biggest milestones.

I particularly love ornaments that capture a family at one particular moment in time.

Names get added.

Babies arrive.

Children grow up.

Pets become part of the family.

And suddenly something that began as a Christmas decoration becomes a tiny snapshot of who you all were in 2026.

Years from now, that's the bit that matters.

New for Christmas 2026

I've also created a dedicated New for Christmas 2026 collection this year.

Anything brand new for the season can live there, which means you won't have to hunt around the website trying to work out whether you've seen something before.

You'll find new personalised baubles, ornaments, gifts and festive keepsakes appearing throughout the season.

So don't assume that everything you'll see for Christmas 2026 is already here.

I'm still making things.

I'm still having ideas.

This is potentially dangerous.

Something new is coming to the Christmas tree...

There's also a completely new style of decoration joining Georgina Kay Designs for Christmas 2026.

Personalised aluminium ornaments.

These are different from my signature glitter baubles and resin ornaments. They're lightweight, double-sided personalised decorations that give me even more freedom to create detailed designs.

And because they're personalised, they'll still have the thing that matters most to me:

your story on them.

I'll be sharing much more about these very soon, including new designs as they're released.

Limited editions and Georgina Kay exclusives ✨

Another thing I want to do more of is create pieces that feel genuinely special.

Not everything needs to be available forever.

So this Christmas you'll also find limited-edition designs, Georgina Kay exclusives and collectable pieces appearing throughout the season.

Some may only be available in small quantities.

Some may only appear for a particular Christmas.

And some might disappear once they're gone.

If you're someone who likes owning something a little different, this is definitely a section to keep an eye on.

The collectables continue

I absolutely love the idea of Christmas decorations becoming something you collect year after year.

It's one of the reasons I've created enamel ornaments and pin badges alongside my personalised ranges.

There's something lovely about looking back at a collection and remembering when each piece joined it.

Christmas 2026 will continue that story, with more Georgina Kay collectables and exclusive designs becoming part of the range.

And yes.

I'm already thinking about future years.

I did warn you about the Christmas obsession.

Christmas isn't only about Christmas Day

One thing you'll notice more of this year is that I'm organising collections around Christmas moments rather than simply types of products.

Because that's usually how we actually think about gifts.

We don't always think:

“I need an 80mm personalised decoration.”

We think:

“It's their first Christmas with the baby.”

Or:

“They got married this year.”

Or:

“They've just bought their first house.”

Or:

“This is going to be our first Christmas without Dad.”

Those are the reasons we choose the decorations we do.

So you'll find collections celebrating Baby's First Christmas, Our First Christmas, families, weddings, engagements, new homes, anniversaries and remembrance, alongside lots of other moments.

Because ultimately, the personalisation isn't really the important bit.

The reason behind it is.

Still handmade. Still personal. Still me.

There may be new products, new collections and a much bigger Christmas shop, but one thing hasn't changed.

Georgina Kay Designs is still a small independent business.

There isn't a huge team sitting somewhere processing your personalised orders.

There's me.

I'm the person designing, making, personalising, tying ribbons, packing boxes, answering messages and – at some point – wondering why there is glitter somewhere that glitter absolutely should not be.

I've been creating personalised gifts since 2013, and I never forget that something I'm making at my workbench may end up becoming part of somebody else's family Christmas.

That's quite a privilege.

Because a Christmas decoration is never just a decoration

This is really what Christmas 2026 at Georgina Kay Designs is all about.

Today, I might make a bauble with:

Baby's First Christmas 2026

on it.

This December, it will be brand new.

Next Christmas, someone will unpack it again.

In five years, that baby might help put it on the tree.

In twenty years, perhaps they'll laugh at how tiny they once were.

And one day, it may become one of those slightly battered, completely irreplaceable Christmas decorations that somebody would rescue before all the fashionable ones.

That's what I love about Christmas decorations.

They collect memories.

I might make the bauble, ornament or keepsake.

But everything that happens to it afterwards?

That's your bit.

So… shall we start Christmas 2026? 🎄

The fairy lights are on.

The glitter is out.

The ribbons are ready.

And The Christmas Emporium is officially open.

Come and explore The Bauble Shop, discover what's new for 2026, find something personalised for someone you love or simply have a little wander and see what catches your eye.

And keep checking back.

Because knowing me, there's plenty more Christmas magic still to come.

Here’s to Christmas 2026 – and all the memories we haven’t made yet.

Georgina x
